Southern Ports was the fifth port globally to be internationally recognised for its asset management certification (ISO55001:2014).

Diverse assets
We have a diverse asset portfolio across 14 asset classes that serves our customers and our operations. This includes shipping channels, breakwaters and seawalls, berths and jetties, loading infrastructure, cargo storage, buildings and amenities, land, hardstands, road and rail and pipelines.
We are continuously improving our asset management capability to support our primary objective of facilitating trade and providing customers with seamless access to global markets.
Our certified and award-winning asset management system provides a structured approach that enables us to intelligently work with our assets across their full lifecycle with oversight to plan, acquire, commission, operate and maintain and recycle when required.
