Southern Ports is delivering a multi-year record capital investment program to maintain and uplift new technologies, roads, sheds, berths, and more – backed by an award-winning asset management system that is ensuring investment is made into the right assets at the right time.

More broadly we invest in our ports to create capacity, improve operational efficiency, upgrade technology and future proof our infrastructure.

Current projects

Turkey Point Access Bridge

In September 2025, our largest capital works project, a new $34 million road and bridge was opened to the public at the Port of Bunbury to provide an alternative route to Turkey Point increasing safety and unlocking future trade potential.
