Cruise

Our ports play an important role in cruise tourism, welcoming a variety of cruise vessels as they journey along the southern Western Australian coast.

Our beautiful regions so full of history, natural wonders and diverse offerings are a significant drawcard for visitors. The Great Southern region in particular has become a premier cruise destination in recent years and has sustained the highest number of cruise visitors across the south of the state with around 20,000 people stepping foot on Menang Country during the cruise season.

In Albany and Bunbury, visiting cruise vessels berth within our ports, while in Esperance vessels remain at anchor and tender to the foreshore.
