Our story

At Southern Ports, we’re working with the power of the ocean to move our world forward. 

Across our four sites, including three ports along the southern coast of Western Australia, we’re growing the state’s economy and working with our customers across agricultural, mining, forestry and other industries to connect our regions to world markets.

While we predominantly operate bulk export ports, our role in facilitating critical imports and supporting cruise tourism including project cargo and supporting cruise tourism is ever increasing. 

Our trade facilitation is enabled by our commitment to our people and our internationally recognised asset management system, which covers our diverse portfolio of more than 8,700 assets.

We manage diverse ports.

While our three ports in Albany, Bunbury and Esperance operate within different regional contexts, they all provide high-quality infrastructure and operations, including berths, assets and storage with built-in flexibility. Together, our ports offer a unique proposition for customers across southern Western Australia, enabling pathways and connections that strengthen regional industries.
