We are revolutionising the way we manage our port through a significant $31.6 million digital transformation program, bolstering our landside and marine operations, and laying the foundations for our $17 million operational technology upgrades.

Since 2022 we have concurrently implemented a new port management information system, a new terminal operating system, a certified and award-winning asset management system, a new safety management tool, new contractor onboarding systems, ITSM service system and a new enterprise resource planning system – all aiming to deliver technology-enabled operations to drive diversification, efficiency and consistency.
