A new road bridge will soon be open in Bunbury, so you no longer have to drive through the Port to get to Turkey Point and The Cut.

What’s even more exciting is – we’re handing the bridge naming over to the community!

And you could win a tour of the Port of Bunbury on our pilot boat!

Turkey Point has a vibrant history and connection to the South West community.  From a popular holiday destination in the first half of the 20th century, through to today being used as a recreational fishing and birdwatching spot – it has played a part in Bunbury’s development.

We’re looking for a name that has a strong connection, is relevant to the area and means something to our regional communities.   To enter the competition, you simply need to read the instructions below and complete the form by Friday, 3 October 2025.
