Mariners are advised that Non-Cyclone moorings are established within the port of Esperance at the locations depicted in the chartlet. These mooring have hawser attached to them that are not lit and vessels may be made fast to these moorings. Mariners and persons partaking in water-borne activities are required to keep a safe distance and navigate with caution.
