Land leases and licences

We offer a series of leases and licences across sheds, buildings, pipelines and a portion of our 738 hectares of land for laydown across our ports.

These are especially important for customers looking to store product on port to increase efficiencies in loading and unloading vessels in a quick timeframe.

Our Port of Bunbury has become extremely popular for laydown across its 470 hectares of land, and berth facilities that back onto specially designed areas. Take a look at our interactive map to explore these further.

In some cases our land is used for purposes other than trade, with a range of commercials and community leases temporarily calling our Port home.

Laydown facilitates state's energy transition

The Port of Bunbury’s flexible capacity to handle large-scale project cargo continues to unlock critical energy transition projects across the state’s southern regions, with the latest import of over 180 windfarm components destined for the Wheatbelt.
