Description
A Concrete Gravity Structure was built at the Inner Harbour by creating a dry basin for construction phase then flooding the basin at completion.
The structure was towed to the Wandoo Gas Field in the north-west by large tugs. This 81,000 tonne CGS was the first to be installed in Australian waters. Design, construction and installation were completed in 21 months on 6th October.
