Becoming a Supplier
FelixTM is the system used to onboard Suppliers to Southern Ports. It is free for Suppliers and easy to use.
To start the FelixTM onboard process, select your business type from the list:
· Contractors
· Consultants - Offsite Design, Manufacture, Fabrication
· Consultants - Other
· Suppliers
· Goods & Corporate Services
· Wet Hire Equipment & Vehicles
· Hire - Dry Hire Equipment & Vehicles OR Labour Hire Company
Southern Ports will review your FelixTM submission. Once approved, your business is eligible to receive and respond to supply opportunities.
Please note: Prequalification does not guarantee you will be successful in providing goods or services to Southern Ports. You will still need to demonstrate that your bid represents value-for-money and be successful in the contract award process.

Verification of Banking Details
Southern Ports uses EFTsureTM to verify your business and banking details prior to your business supplying any goods, services or works to Southern Ports.
EFTsureTM is free to use and confirms your banking details are correct, reducing your risk of delayed, lost or stolen payments.
